For Single Table SNG I would say calculate about 100 Buyins -> That would be 5$ (+rake)
(but not for this profile)
For MTTs you have a much higher variance. I would sugges 400-500 Buy-ins -> so 1-2$ would be your way.
Now if you want a solid Bankroll-management: Try and have a look here. That strategy worked for me.
Again: PATIENCE is the key for a solid Bankroll-Management.
